A comprehensive and objective evaluation of the design and effectiveness of your current safety program.  Areas of focus include management leadership, worker participation, hazard identification and control, education and training, multi-employer worksites, and a loss run review.  

Our risk management consultant will visit the worksite and provide a detailed, documented report with positive observations and identified issues.  The report will include photos, comments, and a hyperlink to the regulation violated if an issue is identified.  Statistical reports from inspections performed can be generated on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Our risk management consultant can serve as a liaison between your company and inspectors to ensure activities are handled in a positive and efficient manner.  

Safety committees bring together workers through regularly scheduled meetings to discuss safety issues and to create and nurture a positive safety climate.  Our risk management consultant can serve as the meeting moderator or as a participant and provide input.  

The prime objective of an accident investigation is to prevent future incidents.  The incident investigation includes a detailed, documented report with the root cause defined and recommended hazard control(s) to prevent reoccurrence.
